Case study // Web3 launch
1,111 cursed. Minted out in under three hours.
Hood Lords is an NFT collection on Robinhood Chain, a faction of the Sui Lords crossing over. We ran the launch end to end: the marketing videos, the site, and the whitelist backend that verified holdings on-chain across Solana, Sui and EVM wallets. On mint day the whole collection was gone in under three hours.
The numbers
1,111
pieces, minted out
The whole collection, gone on mint day. Team, free mint, collab whitelist, then public.
< 3 h
from open to sold out
Doors opened at 1 PM ET on September 25. The last piece went in under three hours.
3
chain families verified
Solana, Sui and EVM. Holdings read from the chain itself, never from a form field.
18
partner collections on the list
Collab communities whose holders qualified, plus $PEEKA holders on Sui for the free mint.
What we built
From the first teaser to the last mint.
A launch is a pipeline, not a page. Attention comes from the videos, the site turns it into claims, the backend proves every claim against the chain, and the dashboard hands the team a list the marketplace accepts on the first upload.
01
Marketing videos
Twenty-plus short clips for X: teasers, story edits built from the collection’s own traits, mint-day announcements and the minted-out banner. Cut to the beat, delivered square, landscape and vertical.
02
The site
A one-page site in the collection’s own voice: hero slideshow, the mint levels, the partner-collection wall and the checker. Hand-built, no framework, fast on a phone inside a wallet app’s browser.
03
Whitelist capture
Paste the Robinhood Chain wallet that will mint, connect the wallet that holds the goods, sign a short message. No gas, nothing moves. Every claim lands in Postgres with the holdings that earned it.
04
On-chain verification
The backend reads the chain: Solana assets by verified collection, Sui balances and kiosk contents, EVM balances across networks. Signatures are checked per chain, holdings re-read at claim time and re-checked before the list was cut.
05
The admin dashboard
Mint tiers, caps and prices editable live. Partner collections added in a row. Every claim reviewable, every wallet re-checkable, and the allowlist exported in the marketplace’s exact format.
06
Mint day
Four stages on OpenSea, every wallet already verified and funded. The team watched the counter instead of a support inbox. 1,111 minted out in under three hours.
The platform, reusable
Whitelist capture and holdings verification for any chain.
Everything Hood Lords ran on is a platform, not a one-off. Point it at a new collection and it captures the whitelist for any blockchain network, verifies what a community actually holds on-chain, and exports a list the marketplace accepts. Holders on one chain can qualify for a mint on another. Tiers, caps and prices are settings, not code.
Any network
Solana, Sui and every EVM chain today. A new chain is a new reader, not a new system.
Any community
Qualify holders by NFT collection, token balance or both. Partner collections added in a row.
Proven ownership
A signed message per chain, no gas. Holdings re-read at claim time and re-checkable any time.
